Refund Policy

We want you to love every thread. If something does not feel right, you have 25 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with all tags. Footwear must be tried on indoors. Include all branded extras such as dust bags or spare laces.
How to Start
Email help@williamhouser.top with your order number and reason. We will reply within 24 hours with a prepaid label for US customers and instructions for everyone else.
Inspection
Once the parcel reaches our California warehouse we inspect each item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping is refundable only when we have sent the wrong or defective item. Otherwise we deduct a flat 8 USD restocking fee to cover processing.
Exchanges
Stock moves quickly. To guarantee availability we recommend placing a new order and requesting a refund on the original. If you prefer a classic exchange we will hold the requested size for 7 days.
Faulty Items
Photograph the defect within 48 hours of delivery and attach the images to your email. We will offer a prepaid label, full refund or free replacement at your choice.
Late Refunds
If 10 business days have passed since our confirmation email, first check your bank or PayPal. If the funds are still missing we will trace the transaction.
Gifts
Gift recipients receive store credit equal to the amount paid. We can also transfer the refund to the original purchaser if preferred.
