We craft footwear and apparel in limited runs. Minor variations in leather grain, weave or hue are considered part of the character and not defects. Measurements are listed in inches and centimetres and are accurate within a tolerance of one centimetre.

4. Orders & Acceptance

An order confirmation email is simply a receipt; it does not signify acceptance. We accept your offer only when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation. Until that moment we may decline or limit orders for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors or fraud prevention.

5. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are quoted in United States dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Customers outside the United States or European Union may incur import duties levied by local customs.

6. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay instalments. By submitting payment you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method. We use encrypted tokenisation; your full card number never touches our servers.

7. Title & Risk

Legal ownership passes to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Risk of loss or damage also transfers at that point. You must file any transit claims directly with the carrier unless we agree otherwise.

The name williamhouser, the lighthouse emblem and all site content are protected by international trademark and copyright law. You may share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use only. Any commercial use requires prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

Do not scrape, hack, spam, impersonate or upload malicious code. Do not use our products in stunts that may cause injury. Violation may result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement.

10. Third-Party Services

We occasionally link to playlists, cafés or art shows we love. We are not responsible for external content or their cookie policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the site and products on an “as is” basis without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the site is free of viruses.

12. Limitation of Liability
